Christina, age 16, possesses a quiet beauty of mind and spirit as natural
as the most lovely California day. Not a quitter, she has gained in
strength and in the wisdom of those still optimistic after the trials
of hardship. Her sense of humor sparks the most hesitant to laughter
and smiles. Her creativity, sensitive personality, and youthful hope
bring pleasure to those blessed enough to be so engaged in conversation
with her.
Christina is in the 11th grade. She has a natural ability to understand
children, and was a volunteer teacher’s aide for severely handicapped children.
Christina yearns for someone to love and care for her as she grows into adulthood.
